I ordered 2 of these chairs in white. Both arrived in good condition. None of the wood was cracked or damaged, as many have commented about other brands of rockers they have ordered. All parts fit properly. These are well made and are constructed of very sturdy components. The instructions were clear enough and had pictures to aid in assembly. The chairs come in 11 pieces, so assembly is time comsuming. It took me 2 hours for the first and 1.5 hours for the second. However, I glued all the joints as well as installing the screws. The instruction do not call for gluing and glue is not provided in the kit. Since these are rockers, I wanted the best possible assembly, therefore I glued the joints. The white finish is quite nice, it covers well and is even and semi-gloss. I am very satisfied with these chairs and would buy them again.

This rocker arrived on time and took a lot less time than expected to assemble. I am 75 years old with arthritis in most joints.I had read some of the reviews and almost did not buy it. It took me 45 minutes including confusing the 2 round rods on bottom of each side. They are only a small difference in length and the longer ones must fit on top.I feel that I bought a well built rocker and I am very happy with it.

The rocker was shipped on time. It was easy to assemble, no glueing- all screws. It was a solid construction, looks nice and works well.
